Instructions:
LID PREPARATION
Important – the lid can only be used once. Wash lids in hot, soapy water. Rinse well.
FOOD PROCESSING
Fill each jar following the canning recipe. Wipe clean any food from the rim of the jar. Finger tighten band on lid and jar.
SEAL INSPECTION
Press on the cooled lid. If the jar is sealed, the lid will not flex up or down. Allow jars to cool for up to 24 hours before checking seal. Store jars in a dark, dry and cool place. Metal Closures can be recycled.
